Hello,
My HP Omni is mute. Absolutely no sound. I've tried everything. I've gone to Device Manager to update/uninstall the sound drivers without any success. I've tried a system restore and even tried reinstalling Windows 10. I assume my sound drive is Intel SST Audio Device (when I hover my mouse over the sound icon on the taskbar, that's what pops up).
Any suggestions? Help!

I understand you don't have sound on your HP device anymore,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Was the OS reinstalled using the HP Recovery Manager or a retail copy of windows?
Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?
In the meantime, The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
