Hi, I found my old HP stream 7 and I’d like to install the original image of windows 8.1 (actually I have windows 10 on it). Can I have the original Image of HP stream 7 5701? Thanks

Obtain the Recovery Media from HP

Check HP Support:

• Go to the HP Recovery Media page to see if you can order a recovery USB or download the recovery image.
• You will need the serial number and product number of your HP Stream 7. You can find this information on the device's back or under system settings (Settings > About).

Use Microsoft’s Recovery Tool
