When I attend a remote meeting by video (Zoom and MS Teams) I have audio problems. The audio can start OK but at my end drops down to a barely audible level with only the occasional half a word coming out at full volume every few seconds. I have turned up the volume to 100% but still the other participants are inaudible at my end. They can hear me fine & they have no problems hearing the other attendees. I have tested the audio & microphone & both work fine. I can see & listen to videos online without the same problem (ie no audio problems). I have fast fibre to my property with c. 130mbps as a minimum so don't think it is a bandwidth problem (and I can watch videos etc without the same problem). I have tried to get Zoom to help but no replies.
Any suggestions (a) what the problem is and (b) how to fix it?
