I am trying to reset my HP Pavillion tablet to factory settings due to a password that can not be remembered. I’ve gotten to the screen to reset the PC and to remove everything. I then select “Fully Clean the Drive” option. After several minutes it states “Additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed. Free up some free space and try again” Please help
