Try this:
Use Filez (www.nosleep.net) and select the root of the card. Then, see if the "Real-Only" checkbox under attributes is checked. If so, uncheck it and hit save. It's happened to my internal drive before. (That is why you should read the instructions)

This actually happened to me, it took awhile but i realized that the lock switch is really loose and is probably being moved into the LOCK position when you put it into the computer. What i did was put a small piece of tape on the switch so that it wouldn't move.
