Please help me with this. My tablet's screen just started shaking. I was just scolling on twitter when it started shaking. I restarted it but it still shaking. What should i do?

HSTNH-N408F .. the shaking is a bit scary now.. the icons at the top of my screen can be seen now at the bottom 😵
