HP Envy u11
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Envy  u11 Laptop

I was frustrated with the Touch Pad and Touch Screen sensitivity.  The lightest touch on either would send the screen in Zoom, close, open, et.al

I thought I turned the sensitivity down/off on the Touch Screen.   The Touch Pad works fine.

The Touch Screen does not work at all.  Regardless of what I have done per HP and the Web/Goggle suggests.

I have tried all the solutions suggested by HP Support.  Disable, Enable, Remove, Reboot etc.

I have Uninstalled/Reinstalled via Device Manager.

Rebooted to discover Hardware.

Nothing works.

I updated the drivers for the Laptop.

I am very frustrated.  Any suggestions, beyond the obvious HP and Web solutions are welcome.
