Had to do factory hard reset now can't get past language setting as touch screen won't work power key working like power switch

Apologies for the inconvenience. To assist you better, What model HP printer are you using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Make sure the protective tape on the screen is removed.
Check for any icons on the screen like question mark/back or home icon. try pressing them and check if the screen responds.
For now, perform a power reset and check
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
