Product: Elite X3

Screen completely shattered after a gentle drop from around 30cm !

 

This has to be the most fragile phone I've ever owned .

 

I've had it for a few weeks . Great device , but really really should have a much tougher front , especially in this price bracket.

 

What makes matter much much worse is the absolutley outrageous cost of sorting this out that HP have quoted .

 

An absolutely eye watering £285.00 plus vat for a broken screen !!!

 

I doubt you will see me or my business going near HP products again , given the quality of a so called flagship product , and the profiteering from such a basic flaw .

 

Customer service turned into a source of revenue.
