@Weltys71

Hello,

Please provide us with the full Failure ID: 9LG6XG-8HHA16-MFP, otherwise we will not be able to help you in the best possible way.

What is the exact model of your laptop (e.g. 5ES85EA)?
To find this product number P/N: this document.I

According to the HP database your product number does not have a D at the end. Is this the laptop, right (sku: N5Y05UA)?: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-15-f200-notebook-pc-series/7527799/model/8888505?sku=N5Y05UA.

The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.
