HP Stream 7 Tablet 5701
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I cannot figure out how to put my T-Mobile SIM card into my new tablet.  I bought it off of an individual, and they never used it with a cellular connection.

Sorry you do not have that option.

Your tablet may be equipped with one or more of the following wireless devices:

WLAN or Bluetooth.

The following link shows its specs

It does not have a SIM slot and SIM card alone is NOT going to work. You also need WWAN card. I know the Note 8 series has WWAN card and SIM slot.

The whole series does not have SIM slot

Yes, some of the Stream 8 tablets supported WWAN connections but the Stream 7's did not.
