Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

tablet starts but only gets to the screen that says.  Hp powered by Android. No swirling  colors, won't go any further.  Tried hard reboot, nothing changed.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the tablet is not booting.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and perform a reset on the tablet and check if it helps.

NOTE: Reset will erase all the personal data from the tablet.
