Product: slate 21 s100 
Hi, I have a HP SLATE21 S100. 
My device has a problem with USB ports. 
I can not read the memory sticks and external hard drive. 
Since I fear I may have corrupted the operating system resident.
I could not find the image file to restore the operating system of this device. 
I'm looking for an image file to reinstall the operating system (or an update) and instructions for doing so. 
Or the way to solve the problem of USB ports and, therefore, be able to use the device.
I thank those who can help me
