Some features unavailable

Deskjet 5252

Hi I have the deskjet 5252 it says some features is not available when connected to the smart app I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it still does not want to work I can't even print when it's like that I tried to scan papers to email mainly but it doesn't want to work I have used it in the past so I know I can thanks

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
