I have a HP Stream 8 Tablet.
Appreciate if you can guide on below 2 queries -
1. Can I connect to Internet by Inserting a SIM Card ?
2. Can I make/receive phone calls once the SIM card is inserted. Where is the option to dial someone's number Or accept/reject a call?

The following link shows the specs of your tablet

It has WWAN card: 4G HSPA+ with T-Mobile . Looks like it is locked to T-Mobile. The answer is yes, you can use T-Mobile SIM card to make calls and if your T-Mobie SIM card had data you would be able to use it to connect to internet.
Note: It only work with T-Mobile SIM card, you have to unlock to use SIM card from different providers. Please ask them.
Regards.
