HP Recommended
Product: HP Elitepad 1000 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently bought an old HP Elitepad got a new version of windows 8 setup on a micro SD and all. But when I go to install said windows my touchscreen refuses to respond, though when I going through boot options it works just fine. Why is it acting this way?
