My HP Elite X3 has a swollen battery.  Where can I purchase a new battery and chassis.

Hi,
Last year i got also a swollen battery,
i got a replacement (phone) from HP. But now a year later ithis phone has a swollen battery again.
I try no contact HP again, but i don't get any support this time. Hope someone can redirect this problem to HP support again.
