Hi, I tried to perform a factory reset on my hp windows laptop. It said it was unsuccessful because it couldn’t find the drive specified. I can’t get into the laptop as it goes on as if its signing into the administrator but then switches to this notices again says unsuccessful reset.. can someone please help

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
