System restore

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

If we have done system restore, the data on the device like photos,videos, documents in c and d drives are going to erase or not.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

 

System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected.
