Product: HP Elite x2 1012 G1 Tablet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Elite x2 1012 G1 tablet does not start when I push the power on button. No LED is on, no beep code.

I tried two different power supplies.

Any idea to activate the system?

I called the hp - service and they could help me.

At least it was standard solution and I didn't found it because my search was inadequate.

-> remove the power supply -> press the power button for more than 30 sec. -> connect power supply and power on!
