Software is up to date and currently trying to get rid of unwanted apps so it may speed up. It also will pop up notifications that will say that certain apps have “unfortunately” stopped. It’s very laggy and take a very long time to do anything. Also apps like Netflix will download quickly but when opened will take forever to load and constantly buffer. WiFi will also randomly turn itself off. Thanks!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
- What is the operating system?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps: ( for Android OS )
Clear App Cache:
- From the Home screen, tap Apps (upper-right).
- From the All tab, select Settings.
- Tap Applications.
- Tap Manage Applications.
- From the All tab select the app.
- Tap Clear cache. This option may not be available for some apps.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
