Please provide a link for flashing my tablet.I can not find any info on this tablet.thanks.I have done factory restore/reset.partion is cleared and the cache.

Have you tried to download the image from our website and install it on your tablet?
Was there any induced damage on the tablet?

Thanks for responding.I could not find a u.s. version .tablet is two years old.there was a ww it didn't work so I tried the China version and it works but some of the icons will not convert to English..Not sure where to go from here.wonder if going Tom the next android version would let me change it back to english.

Thanks for the reply, all the images meant for the printer are available on our website. If you are unable to find the version you are looking for, please provide the exact product/model number of your tablet. As I am unable to find any model mentioned by you in the post. (hp ts 10a).

The link provided was where i got the image from.there's no us version there.the china one worked but the one that has ww at the end will not .i believe it is error code 7.can not install over a newer nersion.
