I am having issue in printing documents which are in pdf format. I talked to HP support and told the issue. He took remote access and found that my USB controller is set at (REST) which means it can print with some applications and can't print with some. So I need to set that to active mode so I can print my documents easily.
Xerox is working fine, also printing with MS Word is fine but having issues with pdf files but that is a big issue because most of the files are in that format.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
