I am having issue in printing documents which are in pdf format. I talked to HP support and told the issue. He took remote access and found that my USB controller is set at (REST) which means it can print with some applications and can't print with some. So I need to set that to active mode so I can print my documents easily.
Xerox is working fine, also printing with MS Word is fine but having issues with pdf files but that is a big issue because most of the files are in that format.
Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Meanwhile, I suggest you reinstall the USB root hubs, simply tap Windows+X, Select device manager, right USB root hubs (one after the other) and select uninstall, then restart the device and check if the issue is resolved.
