HP, is invent. Remember ever.
IMHO, in the future version, this limitation's and others as inequalities, as they will, be solved, by HP Calculators Group.

Hello,
The CAS author addressed these cases last night. When/if there is another update this fix would be included.
"fixes for a:=plotfunc(x^2-9); b:=conic(x^2*y+y^2=9); c:=inter(a,b);
a:=plotfunc(x^2-9); b:=plotfunc(ln(x^2-3)); c:=inter(a,b);"
