I've tried updating drivers, but states best drivers for your device are already installed.

The HID-compliant Touch Screen shows on Device Manager under the Hidden devices, but it's grayed out.  "Device Status - Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"

And also, the Unknow USB Device has not been able to correct the issue. "Device Status - Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

I am thinking due to Win updates these things were left off - not sure how to correct other than them releasing an update - or driver fixes.

Additional suggestions?

Thanks,

I've attached link for validation.

Can you or anybody at HP provide with Touchscreen available drivers?

thanks,

Thank you for posting back.

This could be due to corrupted files or damaged data causing touching screen issue.

I would suggest reinstalling the original operating system will resolve this display driver issue.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 to Use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

It took a while to try your last recommendation as I haven't had any luck getting my Touch Screen back. I've decided to try the suggested solution. Unfortuntely, when I tried to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool it comes back with an error.

"Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact HP support" - I've tried entering my System SKU manually and I get this message.

What other recoverable options do I have? Do you know if there has been any new updates drivers for this HP All in one PC that might resolve the problem?

Thanks for your assistance.
