HP Probook 470 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop has suddenly asked me to provide a password when I want to log in to Windows, even though I have never had to use any password before. It asks me to type my old password (I did not have any) and then my new password. Even if I try to type just the new password, as I didn't have a password before, it still doesn't let me in. So I can't log in. Besides that, now my touchpad click has stopped working (the rest of the touchpad is working) and my mouse is not working at all either. Is there anyone that could help me fix one or both of this issues?
