slate 7
Have trouble with turning on/off, when it finally switches on after selecting app iwant it freezes , then wont switch off , i have to let battery die and then recharge and try over again but same thing happens.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your Slate 7. I understand that it freezes and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

 

Perform a hard restart to unlock the tablet. Press and hold the power button for more than eight seconds. After the tablet fully shuts down, press the power button again to restart.

 

Click here and refer the document for more information.
