I would like to purge my calendar's previous years only, not the current year.
How can I delete only previous years without deleting the current year?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

I discovered that when I use the 1 week, 2 weeks, or or 1 month, that it deletes everything but the current period chosen.
Since I wanted to save the current year, I wanted to control which previous years I wanted to delete. There is nothing built into the software to solve this dilemma.
I discovered a way to fool the program.
I changed the calendar on my computer to reflect the first month that I wanted to keep. Then, I used the 1 week to delete everything prior to that month. After it deleted the previous years I wanted, I changed my calendar back to current date.
This worked perfectly and was done in less than 10 minutes.
Thanks for the info. Appreciate the help.

The built-in Calendar app lets you purge events older than 1, 2, or 3 months.
A third-part app called DateBK6 from www.pimlicosoftware.com (which is still available for purchase) gives you the flexibility to purge events older than any date you select.
