HP Stream x360 (ENERGY STAR)

Well once I try to turn on my HP, the logo pops up like normal but then it is like it shuts off by itself with the black screen and then suddenly turns back on to the logo. This keeps on repeating and I can't even get to the home screen or anything for that matter.

Hello,

 

Please check whether the unit is booting to BIOS if yes please run the hardware diagnostics for all the components.

 

  1. Restart the unit and keep on tapping F10 to enter into BIOS.

 

If its not booting to bios please log a case with HP it might be a hardware issue.
