HP Recommended

I have installed on Dell Computer with Window 10 and the wifi mouse is working fine, but its not working on HP specter folio. 

the software version is different in Dell computer and on HP specter even its installing with same exe file. 

Don't understand why? In HP spectre software version 0.0.0.0.0 and in Dell its 10.0.0.0. . 

In HP specter SoftAp error and in dell no error.
