How smart printer shows some features unavailable even after connecting to the printer

Let's try these steps:

Step 1: Restart the Android phone and the printer

• Restart the android phone
• Turn off the printer, wait for 60 seconds and turn it back on
• Launch the HP Smart app and check if all the features are available
• if the issue persists, proceed to the next step

Step 2: Re-install the HP Smart App

• Uninstall the HP Smart App from your phone.
• Restart the phone
• Re-install the HP Smart from the Play Store
• Launch the HP Smart app and check if all the features are available

Both methods doesn't help....

Still i have the same problem....

How smart print app shows the message

What is the model of your printer?

Not all the printer features work with the HP Smart App.

For some printers, only the printing function may be available and for some, all features may be available.

This document has the list of printers that are compatible with the HP Smart App and the features supported. Please check this.

HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26nw Printer

@Sachinw86,

As mentioned in this document, for the printer 'HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26nw Printer' the HP Smart App is not compatible.

Only HP ePrint, HP Voice-Activated Printing, HP ePrint app works with the printer.

Refer to the above document for further information.
