Product: Hp prodesk 400 g4 7gen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

During windows 7 installation on hp 400 g4 7 gen keybaord and mouse stop working wht is the solution.

Hi:

 

W7 is not supported on platforms with the Intel 7th gen processors.

 

You can only install and run W10 64 bit.
