Did email thing, only prints header (encouraging). Tried direct, failed to print, no reason. Photo app has no print option. Tried sharing, pressed print, next window has no print option (seems like it was trying). Tried using wifi with e4 tethering. Im going to try physical cable soon. Google is probably screwing it up since a Photo app WITHOUT a print option shouldn't EXIST (useless).

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Please uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App.
If the issue still persists, please restore the network settings on your Printer and cell phone:
Printer:
From the printer control panel, touch Setup. 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. 4. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes. 5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset. For more information, see Network configuration page.
Phone:
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Backup & reset.
- Now tap on the “Network settings reset” option.
- Hit the “Reset Settings” button.
- You will be given another warning, hit the “Reset Settings” button again.
Once done, please connect both the devices again.
Let me know if this helps.
