I have downloaded a couple of apps and they do not appear on the Tablet desktop. Where are they?

The fix was to get the darn thing out of 'Safe Mode'. It took my non techy librarian to ask that question and that resolved the issue. But thanks for trying.

Tap the "all apps" icon at the bottom of your home screen. It looks like six dots in a circle. You can find more detail here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03678279
I work for HP.

I installed the free Merriam Webster Dictionary (and other free apps). The icon is not appearing in the 'All Apps' icon page. That is my problem. If I can get it to go to there, I am good to go.

This reply is a follow-up to the original problem about my apps not showing up in the 'all apps' section of my tablet.
I have a HP Slate 7. Let me add that if I go to settings then scrowl down to the 'apps' section, the ones I loaded are listed. But I cannot retreive them from there. Thanks.

Perhaps they ended up on some of the other Home Pages?
Have you tried dragging through all the available pages on the sides of the Home Screen?
