battery issue,need a charger and battery for replacement

hi there.......i lost my phone at my auntie's home.....so

when i retrieved it back my phone's charger was lost and the battery was also sort of burned...

so please i need a battery and a charger for replacement.please help me i cannot my slate 6 voicetab's accesories

in pakistan.please i need help.........this phone is my favourite product
