A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

You may use the steps available below to connect Apple AirPods and iPhone to a Windows 10 computer:

1.) Open AirPods charging case

2.) press and hold the pairing button located on the back of the case.

3.) In Windows, open Start, click Settings > Devices

4.) Click Devices

5.) Click Add Bluetooth or other device and follow the onscreen instructions.

Use the same instructions to pair your iPhone. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on iPhone.

Let me know how it goes!

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!
