Unfortunatley the HP Touchpad is its own model and not like the Spectre.

That shortcut wont work on an X2 or 360.

 

If in Tablet Mode without the keyboard base attached, you will have to use something like the built-in Windows Snipping Tool to capture a screen or window.

Open Snipping Tool and take a screenshot - Windows Help -
