Product: hp slate 7 hd

i just notice the screen display is in double form. the left hand side shows normal display of App and the right hand side shows a mirrored display of the same app o the left hand side and the name of the App are labeled backwards eg whatsapp{ppasatahw}  , facebook {koobecaf}, twitter{ rettiwt} settings{sginttes} etc/ pls help what whats really wrong
