Product: hp stream laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

the computer is nee my mother set it up and forgot all info. I do not know how to unlock it  she lost the recovery disc as well

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you are not able to log in and if you have forgotten the answers to recovery/security Questions, the only option is to reinstall the Operating system.

Note: Data will be lost during this process.

 

There is no recovery partition available on your computer and hence you will have to use another PC to create an ISO file.
