google store isnt loading

HP Recommended

hello! I just bought this hp laptop back in july 2017, the day I got the google store wouldnt load, well I didnt think anything of it. Well its STILL not loading and I cant figure out whats wrong. It wont let me on it. Everytime I click it says "server stumbled, try again later" and then it disappears or sometimes it shows the blue screen the little white dots that go in the circle and then itll just disappear. I dont understand why its not working. I hardly use this laptop. If you can help me that would be awesome! thank you

Hi,

Sorry Windows laptops don't use Google Store/Play which is for Android machines. Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 laptops use Windows Store.

Regards.
