Product: Palm TX

  It goes through the motions of syncing, but data doesn't get transferred.  I have been using a TX for a long time, mostly for my passwords, but recently it totally crashed.  I bought a new one & am trying to get it to sync to my computer in Outlook 2016.  I installed your latest patch, & before that installed PalmDesktopWin62, but no luck.  My computer has Windows 10, 64-bit, but Office is 2016 32-bit.  Any help would be appreciated.
