Product: Elitebook 8560w

hi I have bought a 2nd hand hp elitebook 8560w.

 

When started up it gives me a error the following products information thats programed into the motherboard is missing with code 00a system.board can i have some clarification on it. As well states 

Sku no. And serial no.

 

Then it gives me a fan error 90B fan is not operating as it should

 

Does anyone have the workshop service manuL. For this laptop. Any Assistance would be appreciated greatly  i spent a arm and a leg and it looks like I was taken for a fool
