Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

hi i have a hp slate 7 that had windows 8 on it i stupidly upgraded to windows 10 but it slowed machine up to much the restore option has ended i created a windows 8 usb with rufus but when i reboot into usb efi it does not recognise my device as a bootable device any ideas how to go back to windows 8 is there a image of the origional OS

can i get into bios and change startup drive to usb so i can install my own windows 8

You can perform Factory Reset on Your HP Slate 7.
