Product: hp stream notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My pre-owned hp stream notebook with windows 7 has two accounts with unknown passwords.  How do I delete these and create a new account?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you want to create a new account and use the notebook.

 

If you are unable to login to any accounts, you will have to perform a system recovery.
