Product: iPAQ h5550; ActiveSync 3.7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Yes, It's an antique, but I purchased a new sealed box h5550 iPAQ for a great price only to find that Companion Disc is not compatible with the Windows 10 Pro (version 1909) on my laptop. The files seem to have installed but they won't open. I've read that if I right click on the disk drive and select open the contents of the cd will display; then double click on the setup.exe file to start the install. One problem, though, when I right click on the drive "open" is not an option. I realize HP doesn't support this iPAQ any longer but I'm hoping someone may have a solution to this problem. Thank You!
