I have a range of HP calculators such as HP 41 CV,HP 48GX,HP49G,HP49g+ and since a couple of days the new HP Prime.
So far i was unable to import programs( Apps) from the site of hpcalc.org into the Prime i.e, i can downloads the compressed files but in the connectivity kit i dont see any command that allow me to search the PC for those apps and transfer to the memory of Prime.
Can anybody help me?
Are the programs of the HP49g+ compatible with the Prime or is this a no go?

(1) On your computer, extract the zipfile's contents to a new folder. You should find a file in there with a ".hpprgm" extension. That's the Prime program. Just drag and drop that file onto your calculator in the Connectivity Kit. It will appear in the Prorgam Catalog (Shift 1). If you still have trouble, let us know exactly what program you're trying to transfer, and tell us what steps you're taking, and what happens at each step. That way we'll be able to discern what's going wrong.
(2) Prime programs are written in HP PPL, which is totally incompatible with the programming languages used by all earlier HP calculators. There is no way to transfer to a Prime a program written for any other HP model.

Thank you so much Joe i will try and hopefully everithing will be allright.I will report if i fail!
The second issue is very sad because i have a lot of very large programs on those old calculators. It means i will have to keep all of them in a good shape to be able to use the programs.
Thanks
