Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi, my rear camera is fine, but my front facing camera is still blurry after updating to the current Chrome OS 76 and after powerwashing/factory reset.  Please advise.

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
