Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am facing the problem of auto scrolling in my laptop. Every document I open, automatically it goes to the last page. Physically, all keys look fine. Ran a keyboard test:

failure id: 94MBHS-8209P9-XD7WMF-G05403

looks like the issue is with page down key. I am even willing to disable the key, if someone could guide me how to do that.

Could anyone share input on solving the problem. Its Quite frustrating.

@pm0103 I've managed to decipher the failure ID you've mentioned and here's what the ID represents: failure code 800 / Keyboard Error

You will need to get the keyboard replaced, this can be done either using the HP Parts Store

Alternatively, please let me know if you still have a warranty on that device and which region you are contacting us from before we could provide additional support.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
