Hi

You are after the W10 version of this?

Hi, @tboyye10

The HP protect tools security manager software will not work on HP consumer notebook PC's such as yours, nor will it work on W10.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 simplepass security software...

8.01.62 Rev.A     Aug 5, 2016

This package contains the HP SimplePass Identity Protection Software for the supported notebook models and operating systems. This software protects identity information and account access using the computer owner's fingerprint.
