According to this post http://liliputing.com/2013/10/booting-ubuntu-asus-transformer-book-t100.html : in order to boot from the usb you must disable secure boot and you need a keyboard too. I hope this post can help you a little bit.

Yes I have build usb device with Androidia image with diskimager utility but when I choice Boot From EFI File (from tablet bios)  ---> and click on usb device named ANDROIDIA nothing appears.

PS.

In this list of device I have always one device named NO VOLUME LABEL but I don't have any microsSD into device and if I choice this nothing appears.

I've been researching about this topic a little. The tutorial of the link above is based on this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2321292 (tablet that has windows 8 and a non bay trail processor)

I guess the Android image you have is from here "Latest image available for Generic UEFI Installer" from https://01.org/android-ia/downloads

All what I found is experimental and not excellent results with dual booting, in some cases some android features didn't work like the wifi..., or other windows features didn't work. Unless you really wanna experiment 🙂

The most similar tablets to HP omni 10 are Asus T100 and Dell Venue 8 Pro

Here there is a thread about trying dual boot with ubuntu on the dell. It mentions "BIOS/UEFI only recognizes 32-bit bootloaders" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2565838

And here a thread about experiments with android, etc on the Asus T100 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2500078 Read well all the info at the beginning (GPT, etc)

It says also that you can boot in two ways: Boot to UEFI USB drive from Windows (works only if your USB is correctly prepped) or Boot to UEFI/Setup-Utility-menu from Windows (easiest, and almost no way to screw it up)

I'm sure you know much more than me bout all this, just hope it serves to give you a clue 😉
